A place out of time; set high in the hills of serene northern Lake Washington. It is a laidback residential project studio, a perfect creative environment to craft your next musical works. We offer full service recording and mixing, set among old growth cedars on a tranquil property. Track through our vintage Ramsa WR-T820 Console and high-end Antelope Audio converters, or directly to Alesis ADAT or Analog 8 track R2R. Includes some backline.

Amenities include 3/4 bath w/ shower and sauna, spacious & private outdoor patio with BBQ, parking for up to 5 vehicles, convenient load-in on ground level, kitchenette bar w/ mini fridge and espresso machine, comfortable seating. Just a stone throw from Bothell/Kenmore/Lake Washington, and located just a few minutes from all essential amenities+stores+hotels.
