A place out of time; set high in the hills of serene northern Lake Washington. Laidback residential project studio on large quiet corner lot; a chill creative environment to craft your next musical works. We offer full service recording and mixing, set among old growth cedars and abundant wildlife on tranquil property. This is your chance to record with intention, with plenty of quirky, rare, and desirable gear at disposal. Track through our vintage Panasonic-Ramsa WR-T820 Console (Jack Endino/Reciprocal Recording legacy gear) and high-end Antelope Audio converters, or directly to Alesis ADAT (Alanis Morissette/Glen Ballard). We have a fully restored 1990s S-VHS-based ADAT system with Alesis BRC control, available for any session. Analog 8 Track coming soon. Includes backline. View full equipment list below.

Studio floor includes 3/4 bath and 60 sq ft cedar sauna/iso booth, cozy and vibey control room, spacious & private outdoor patio with BBQ, parking for up to 5 vehicles + ample street parking, convenient load-in on ground level, laid-back lounge area/live room with ample physical media and comfortable seating, kitchenette bar w/ mini fridge and espresso. Just a stones throw from Bothell/Kenmore/Lake Washington (featuring multiple relaxing swimming spots in the summer, ask us), and located just a few minutes from all essential amenities+stores+hotels.

Stocked and ready with beverages of choice upon request. Espresso Machine, Microwave, Air Frier, Bar Tools, All Necessary Wares.

Relax and get some fresh air! 6 burner Gas Grill, fridge, and 600 square feet of private patio with lattice work. Lots of seating. Relaxing landscape, large waterfall/creek, lots of trees.
